Edgar Foundation is a non-profit organization and does not sell physical products. This policy outlines
the delivery of donation-related documents, certificates, and other organizational materials.
1. Digital Delivery
1.1 Donation Receipts
- A digital donation receipt is sent to the donor's registered email address
immediately after a successful donation
- The receipt includes transaction details, amount, date, and reference number
- If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please contact
edgarfoundation.ef@gmail.com
1.2 80G Tax Exemption Certificate
- 80G certificates for eligible donations are issued digitally via email
- Certificates are typically delivered within 7-14 business days after the donation
is verified
- For physical copies, please contact us directly
1.3 Event Confirmations
- Event registration confirmations are delivered via email within 24 hours of
registration
- Event details, venue information, and e-tickets (if applicable) will be sent to your registered
email
2. Physical Delivery (When Applicable)
2.1 Certificates & Awards
- Physical certificates for volunteers, interns, and program participants are dispatched within
15-30 business days
- Delivery is via India Post or registered courier service
- A tracking number will be shared via email once dispatched
2.2 Campaign Materials
- Any physical campaign materials (T-shirts, merchandise, etc.) associated with specific fundraising
campaigns will be delivered as mentioned in the campaign terms
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of the campaign
3. Delivery Areas
- Digital: Worldwide (via email)
- Physical: All serviceable pin codes across India via India Post / courier
- International Physical Delivery: Available on a case-by-case basis with additional
shipping charges
